We understand that dietary preferences and restrictions vary, which is why we are pleased to offer a selection of gluten-free and vegan alternatives. Schedule

Retreat Event Schedule: Quieting Your Mind
Duration: 24 hours

Day 1:

3:00 PM – Optional Check-In:

– Guests arrive and check-in to their accommodation, enjoy the spa facilities and spa treatments (treatments not included in the event price, please book separately).

6:30 PM – Check-In:

– Guests arrive to the venue.

7:00 PM – Group Light Dinner and Welcome Talk:

– Gather with fellow retreat participants for a light dinner, carefully designed  to nourish both body and soul. Engage in meaningful conversations over our meal.

8:30 PM – Ice-Breaker and Opening Presentation:

– Ease into the retreat with an engaging ice breaker activity, designed to help you connect with others. Following this, join us for an opening presentation that sets the tone for the transformative journey ahead.
– We will conclude with a relaxation activity to foster a serene atmosphere and promote a restful night.

10:00 PM – Bedtime – Allowing ourselves a well-deserved restful sleep to ensure a rejuvenating experience and enable an early wake-up.

Day 2:

7:00 AM – Sunrise Walk and Meditation:

– Embrace the serenity of the morning with a tranquil sunrise walk, followed by a guided meditation session. Allowing you to connect with the beautiful natural surroundings and centre your mind.

8:00 AM – Yoga and Mindfulness Session:

– Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating yoga and mindfulness session led by experienced instructors. Cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance, preparing you for the day ahead.

9:30 AM – Refreshing Showers and Breakfast:

– Freshen up with invigorating showers before indulging in a nourishing breakfast, specially prepared to fuel your body and mind.

11:00 AM – Two-Hour Deep Dive Conversation on Quieting the Mind:

– Engage in an enriching two-hour discussion, delving deep into techniques and practices for quieting the mind. Led by expert facilitators, this session aims to provide you with valuable insights and tools for ongoing self-discovery.

1:00 PM – Group Lunch:

– Enjoy a delectable group lunch, featuring a diverse array of flavours and options to suit various dietary preferences.

2:30 PM – Rest and Relaxation (Napping, Spa, Water Beds, Sauna):

– Take this time to pamper yourself and rejuvenate. Choose from a range of options including spa treatments, water beds, or a relaxing session in the sauna.

          5:00 PM – Afternoon Tea

– During the tea, we will have meaningful conversations, reflecting on our retreat experience, discussing what served us well, and sharing our aspirations for future retreats.

6.30 PM – Farewell and Departures:

– Bid farewell to a day of rejuvenation and self-discovery. Leave with your heart and mind refreshed and full of cherished memories.
