Event Description

Join us for a transformative series of Tea Talks focused on the delicate art of Managing Motherhood and Self. As mothers, we often find ourselves immersed in the beautiful yet demanding role of nurturing our children. However, it’s equally important to remember to nurture ourselves in the process.

Guided by experienced facilitators, our Tea Talks provide a safe and supportive space for mothers to explore the intricacies of maintaining a sense of self while fulfilling the responsibilities of motherhood.

Event Goals

  1. Empower Moms: Provide a nurturing space for mothers to explore the delicate balance between nurturing their children and maintaining their own sense of self and well-being.

2. Foster Self-Discovery: Encourage mothers to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, while navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood.

3. Promote Mental and Emotional Wellness: Address the importance of mental and emotional well-being in order to be the best version of oneself for both one’s children and oneself.

4. Create Supportive Connections: Cultivate a community of mothers who can offer mutual support, share experiences, and exchange valuable insights on managing motherhood and self-care.

5. Align with Live Love Better™ Vision: Infuse these conversations with Live Love Better™’s mission of enhancing individual lives through a deeper understanding and practice of love, including self-love.
